DESCRIPTION:A celebration of life for the late Frank R. Shivers\, Jr.\, a beloved longtime resident of Bolton Hill who wrote the classic book on Bolton Hill\, is scheduled for Saturday\, September 24 starting at 3:30 pm at Fitzgerald Park the afternoon before the second annual F. Scott Fitzgerald Birthday Party. \nThe gathering begins between 3:30 – 4 pm\, with talks and readings between 4 – 4:30 pm (or so) and then socializing afterwards until 5 pm or so. There will be music by a two- or three-piece band and light refreshments before and after the talks and readings. Stay for F.
