DESCRIPTION:Here’s an opportunity to try a new and effective form of qigong made specifically for these difficult times. Easy-to-learn\, this practice allows each of us to bring the power of mediation into our daily lives. I think you will feel the benefits from just one session. \n \nPlus\, you’ll be supporting one of our great community events\, the 18th Annual Boundary Block Party hosted by the No Boundaries Coalition on Saturday\, May 31. Registration for this fundraiser is only $15\, and all proceeds go towards the big Party. \n \nBeginners as well as experienced practitioners are all welcome\, and the movements can be done either seated or standing\, whichever you prefer. Just wear comfortable clothes that allow you to stretch and relax.\n
