World AIDS Day Interfaith Candelight Vigil

This vigil is an important day of recognition is for those living with HIV/AIDS; celebrating family, friends and caregivers supporting those keeping this an important focus; and remembering those we have lost.  The theme is:  Overcoming Disruption – Transforming the AIDS Response:  Rethink, Rebuild, Rise.
