This vigil is an important day of recognition is for those living with HIV/AIDS; celebrating family, friends and caregivers supporting those keeping this an important focus; and remembering those we have lost. The theme is: Overcoming Disruption - Transforming the AIDS Response: Rethink, Rebuild, Rise.

Come join us at Union Craft Brewing for a fascinating discussion. Margaret (Maggie) Schaefer will talk about her research on tree stressors by urban location and climate change. She'll offer climate resilience predictions reflected in on-the-ground urban tree health. The Climate Change Tree Atlas will be referenced for tree adaptability, abundance and suitable habitat change in the Eastern U. S. and Baltimore regional areas. First Friday at the Fountain is back for a special December event! We’ve missed the light and the beauty of our fountains since they were shut down last month. So, the Friends of Park Avenue Medians are making plans for a new tradition. Join us for the first Holiday Tree Lighting in the 1600 block of Park Avenue. We’ll have some hot cider. The Bolton Hill Garden Club will be holding its annual in-person Holiday Greens Sale Saturday, December 6 at Brown Memorial Presbyterian Church (Lafayette entrance) from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Come out and meet your neighbors while browsing the wonderful selection of wreaths, roping, ornaments, centerpieces, swags, children's craft kits, and more! Proceeds from the sale are returned to beautify the community via the garden club's greening grant program.
