Community Parking Permit Pick-up
March 26, 2022 @ 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
If your car has a current parking permit decal or pass, you’ll be contacted by Baltimore’s Parking Authority to renew online at https://pabc.thepermitstore.com. This year, you’ll have the option of 1) having your new parking permit(s) mailed for an extra fee; 2) picking it up at the Parking Authority office downtown; or 3) picking it up at the community permit pick-up this year in Fitzgerald Park on Saturday, March 26 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Make sure to order your permit online at least three days in advance if you want to pick it up at the community pick-up. All residents must present current documentation when picking up permits. These documents include your current Maryland vehicle registration with an Area 3 street address, plus one of the following that shows an Area 3 street address:
- Current driver’s license
- Proof of residency, such as a current lease signed by all parties that is not month-to-month
- Proof of home ownership (settlement papers)
- Utility bill in your name that is at least 30 days old
- Official state ID card
