Unity@Park Ave. Community Input Session #2

A new effort is underway to paint murals on the row house walls at Park and North facing Reservoir Hill. The owners of both buildings very much want to see those walls painted with murals that can help rejuvenate the Park and North intersection and for community members on either side of North Avenue to provide input on their design. They have selected Baltimore mural artist Ernest Shaw to do the painting and for Baltimore-based mural management company (Mural Masters) to manage the project. Ernest is putting together some sketches with the theme of Community and Unity for the community to respond to through two input sessions.
The first will be a virtual Zoom session where the draft design will be shared, and attendees will be able to provide input then and over the next couple weeks on a designated website for the murals. After incorporating community input, another draft design will be shared at the second session about a month later for another round of input. Depending on the permissibility of public gatherings, the second session may be in person on site, with the continued ability to provide input on the website. Please register in advance for both sessions, and those who register for the second session will be notified if it is held in person.
