Introduction to Memoir: Your Baltimore, Your Voice
CHARM: Voices of Baltimore Youth is inviting 5th–8th graders into a six-week Thursday memoir workshop in collaboration with Silent Books Publishing. Young writers will explore voice, structure, and personal storytelling while turning real-life moments into compelling narratives rooted in Baltimore!

Come on out to prune trees in Bolton Hill! No experience necessary. The Midtown Community Benefits District will provide the tools and make sure novice pruners are paired with experienced pruners. Create a light-inspired wearable art piece in this hands-on workshop led by a MICA alum artist! Open to makers of all experience levels, participants will experiment with simple materials and techniques to create a small wearable object incorporating light. All materials are included.
