Salon: Curious about Cannabis?
BHCA’s Gray Panthers Task Force hosts a salon on Wednesday, Oct. 25, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. with an expert on the medical and recreational uses of cannabis. Dr. Dan Morhaim is a member of the faculty at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and a longtime member of the Maryland General Assembly who advised state officials as they changes laws on cannabis use. The Annual Pumpkin Carving & Glow sponsored by the John Street Park Association will be held in the park (1300 Block of John Street) on Sunday, October 29th from 3-5pm. Jack-o-Lanterns will create a display around the fountain and be lit each night through Halloween. Pumpkins are provided. Please bring your own carving tools.

Spring Dumpster Day
Have some spring cleaning to dump? Midtown Community Benefits District has arranged with the City Department of Public Works to drop off a dumpster between the medians on Park Avenue at Wilson Street starting in the morning and lasting four hours for Bolton Hill residents to drop off bulk trash items.
