Have some winter cleaning to dump? Midtown Community Benefits District has arranged with the City Department of Public Works to drop off a dumpster between the medians on Park Avenue at Wilson Street starting in the morning and lasting four hours for Bolton Hill residents to drop off bulk trash items. MICA's annual Art Market is a a two-day holiday market featuring three floors of creative work made by MICA students, alumni, faculty, and staff. It's a great opportunity to invest in emerging artists and small businesses, engage with Baltimore's creative community, and treat yourself and/or your loved ones to one of a kind creations! We hope that you will join us for the 16th edition of this incredible MICA event this holiday season.

The Baltimore City Parking Authority is proposing to update Bolton Hill's Residential Permit Parking Area to Virtual Permit Parking. This community briefing will have a representative from the Parking Authority to provide more information and answer questions.

Come on out to prune trees in Bolton Hill! No experience necessary. The Midtown Community Benefits District will provide the tools and make sure novice pruners are paired with experienced pruners. Meet at Fitzgerald Park, and small groups will be assigned to different blocks. Please indicate in advance here whether you plan to attend for Midtown's planning purposes.
