Boltonstock gives way to block party. Festival on the Hill set for Oct. 8

BHCA has proposed dropping the annual Boltonstock celebration this year and instead supporting the No Boundaries Coalition block party to be held in June, as NBC moves its offices to the new Unity Hall on Eutaw Place. The party will take place on the Eutaw Place park median that fronts the renovated building.

Changes coming soon to Contee-Parago Park; resources still needed

This spring will see a completely revitalized Contee-Parago Park, located on the southern end of Bolton Hill at the end of Bolton Street, with new seating, new signage and over 1000 native plants.

Construction coming to a close at Unity Hall

Unity Hall is almost ready for occupancy. The newly renovated former union headquarters at 1505 Eutaw Place will complete construction by April 6, according to developers.

Bolton Hill Nursery names new leader

Francine Marchese, a longtime teacher and early childhood education leader, has been selected to lead the Bolton Hill Nursery starting in July. She replaces Beth Casey, the school’s executive director, who is retiring.
