The Baltimore Police Department’s draft Community Policing Plan is open for a second round of public comment. The plan flows out of collaboration between the Baltimore Police Department, the U.S. Department of Justice and the court-appointed Consent Decree Monitoring Team, as well from an earlier round of public feedback. Deadline for this round of comment is March 18.
