Rehearsals are in full swing for Memorial Players’ spring musical, Ragtime, based on the novel by E. L. Doctorow—who just passed away last year—and presented through special arrangement with Music Theater International.
The No Boundaries Coalition and Jubilee Arts are hosting this year’s Boundary Block Party on the day that early voting begins, Saturday, April 16 from 1–4 pm at the Upton Triangle at the corner of Pennsylvania Avenue and Presstman Street.

Started last October, Peter Van Buren will continue teaching Sheng Zhen Qigong Classes in the New Year, as a creative fundraiser for the Bolton Hill Nursery.
