After an extensive search, the Bolton Hill Nursery Board of Directors announced that they have selected Beth Drummond Casey to take over as Executive Director upon the retirement of Louie Wilder this summer.
Beth’s experience and expertise make her the perfect match to lead Bolton Hill Nursery into the future.
Beth has spent her career working in Baltimore as an educational non-profit teacher and administrator. Most recently she served as Lower School Head at Roland Park Country School, a school that operates a full-service and co-ed infant/toddler and preschool/child care center.
Beth’s three children, now young adults, attended Downtown Baltimore Child Care, where Beth served on the board for nine years.
Prior to working at Roland Park Country School, for eight years Beth was the founding executive director of Middle Grades Partnership, an initiative of Baltimore Community Foundation and a program that partners with many local public and independent schools, including our neighborhood school, Mt. Royal Elementary/Middle.
Beth has spent her adult life as a member of Memorial Episcopal Church in Bolton Hill and currently serves Memorial as Senior Warden.
Beth starts July 1 at Bolton Hill Nursery.
