Bolton Hill Nursery April gala is three years overdue

Bolton Hill Nursery will hold its “golden anniversary” gala celebration on Saturday, April 22 – 53 years after the school was founded.

COVID caused the delay, of course, but in Bolton Hill a party is always a good idea. This one reaches back to 1969 when neighborhood families came together to get the nursery school started. Now it is well-regarded citywide, with a waiting list for admission.

There will be food, drink and music – and what’s a gala without high-dollar sponsors: bronze for $250, silver $500, gold $1,000 and platinum for $2,500. Perhaps some of the school’s early alumni – now in their 50s — will become platinum sponsors.

The event will take place from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. at Memorial Episcopal Church. Donations are invited for the silent auction that will take place at the event. To contribute or for more information email office@boltonhillnursery.org.
