Big changes are afoot in Bolton Hill. After 90 years, the Board of Directors of the Mount Royal Improvement Association voted unanimously to change the name of the organization to the Bolton Hill Community Association (BHCA) at their April meeting.
The original Boltonhill.org website was launched in 1997. A product of the visionary leadership of Doreen Rosenthal and aided by Dolph Druckman, this groundbreaking site was much loved and well used by all the neighborhood.
Construction began in late March on The Flats at Eutaw Place, a new 62-unit market-rate apartment building with a neighborhood gastro pub planned for the ground floor at the corner of Eutaw and McMechen St.
